Our semi-private training is built around you. With expert coaching and a personalized plan developed during your
initial strategy session, every minute of your training is laser-focused on your goals.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all workout – it’s individualized progress in a motivating small-group environment that
keeps you accountable, challenged, and consistently moving forward.
Semi-private training sessions last one hour each and start at the following times:
Mondays
5 am, 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am
Tuesdays
8 am, 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am
4 pm, 5 pm, and 6pm
Wednesdays
5 am, 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am
Thursdays
8 am, 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am
4 pm, 5 pm, and 6pm
Fridays
5 am, 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am
Saturdays
8 am and 10 am
FITNESS CLASSES
In addition to your personalized semi-private training, we offer unlimited cardio classes,
a great way to supplement your program when you’re craving a little more sweat, energy, or variety.
These high-energy sessions are the perfect partner to your strength-focused workouts,
helping you stay consistent and energized all week long.

(30 minute bodyweight cardio)

High Intensity Interval Training
(Functional strength, longer work intervals, shorter rest periods)

a total-body, self-guided workout that combines timed intervals, functional movements,
and heart-rate training for maximum impact.

Proper recovery is critical to optimizing results, preventing setbacks, and enhancing overall performance.
That’s why, starting summer 2025, we’re introducing cutting-edge recovery tools to elevate your fitness journey and maximize your results.
Our new infrared sauna delivers deep, full-spectrum heat to promote detoxification, relieve pain, improve circulation, and speed recovery.
Combined with red light therapy, which supports cellular repair and reduces inflammation, these therapies work together to
optimize healing, increase energy, and improve well-being.
