There are four pricing options for our sauna:
- 1 Person, Single Session – $30
- 2 Person, Single Session – $55
- 1 Person, E-Motion Express session, $20
- Punch Pass – 1 Person, 10 Sessions – $250.
- Please note: all Punch Pass sessions must be used within 6 months
Our sauna offers multiple programs for you to choose from upon arrival at your appointment, with sessions ranging from 20 to 45 minutes
All sauna appointments are booked through MindBody. New members and non-members will require a MindBody account to register for their sauna appointment.
A credit card will be required to book, but will not be charged for your session until you arrive at E-Motion Fitness for your appointment.
All no-shows for appointments will be charged a no-show fee of $30.
